Appetizer
What was your favorite cartoon when you were a child?
The Pink Panther! No talking, but I was still captivated.

Pretend you are about to get a new pet. Which animal would you pick, and what would you name it?
This is easy. A cat or kitten. I'd probably get it from one of our local shelters, so it's probably already have a name. If I could name it, I'd base it on its peronality and appearance, but some names I like are Sassy, Lovey, Grace, and Princess. After having said that, I'd probably name it Bob! Here's one kitty currently up for adoption. I sooo want her.

On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being highest, how much do you enjoy getting all dressed up for a special occasion?
6, I guess. What special occasions do I go to any more anyway? And I don't fit in my dressy clothes the way I used to. To heck with it. I'm just gonna stay home and watch a movie!
Main Course
What kind of music do you listen to while you drive?
A lot of talk radio, actually. It's how I get the news, sports info, weather, etc. If the kids or husband are in the car, then there's music. Kids - pop music. Husband - classic rock.

When was the last time you bought a clock? And in which room did you put it?
The last time I bought a clock, it was just a little clock/radio for one of the kids. The last time my husband bought a clock, it was one of those atomic clocks that tells you the indoor and outdoor temp, the time, day and date, and moon phase. It's in the living room above the TV. It's not identical, but it looks something like this.
agree with your salad ... stay home and watch a movie! :D

ReplyDeletei agree with your salad. I'm not the type of person who enjoys social gatherings. I would rather just stay home and watch TV or play with my daughter.

I forgot about the Pink Panther!
ReplyDeleteVery clever "Bob the Cat" or "BobCat" for a name.
Yes, I agree on the dressing up. Guess you reach an age and you just don't care about going out anymore. You can watch all those parties on TV and still be happy.
Thanks for stopping by Penny Lane.
I am glad you liked the funny clock story.
I'm with you on the salad!!

Just adopt her, the kitty will do the rest and get into the heart of the most terrible cat hater, he won't even realize !
ReplyDeleteI love pink panther!! I was raised on it! :) Oh and I listen to talk radio all the time. . . wait, I guess I listen to it the few times I'm alone in the car. Otherwise, I'm listening to kids movies *sigh*
