Monday – Fried chicken tenders (made from scratch) and homemade mashed potatoes
Tuesday – Hamburger helper (I have to cheat sometimes, and my 15 year old SD loves it)
Wednesday – 16 bean soup and rice
Thursday – Beef soft tacos
Friday – pizza night, maybe at a restaurant

Ah ha! I think I am going to steal your Hamburger Helper idea - we have a few boxes from the Albertsons's Batman deal & DH loves it. I'm all for easy peasy after the mountain of laundry I'm getting done right now!

ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my menu plan! Corned Silverside must be an Australian thing lol, it's basically a cut of meat that is preserved in brine.
I cook mine in the crock pot and serve with steamed vegetables. It's really great when it's cold and the kids will eat it in sandwiches :)
