Better late than never! I should be going to bed since I have to work tomorrow. But, I wanted to do this. I was only able to make one card this week with all the back-and-forth trips to the hospital. Good news! Mom came home today! I'll still have to check on her frequently since she lives in that big empty house alone. A friend is there tonight so I can work tomorrow, and my sister will be over there tomorrow. Scrapbooking is only one of the many things I haven't been able to tend to in the last couple of weeks. Let me get on with this. I wanted a black and white card for my step-daughter, and ideas were swirling around in my head for a week, then I finally just went to my supplies and did this.
To do: Get ready for my scrap weekend! In two weeks, I'm going to Round Top, TX for a scrap retreat, and I'm so excited! I also still have several birthday cards to make.

Next week's challenge: beat those winter blues by using the color BLUE as the main color in one of your projects. Should be easy, right? :)
