Do you have to carve out time in your day for reading (due to work and other obligations), or does your reading just happen naturally? (Question courtesy of MizB)
My answer: Yes, I carve out time to read. I almost always read before I go to bed. But I also take my book with me whenever I go to the doctor, dentist, orthodontist, somewhere that I know I will be waiting for a while. I sometime carve out time to read just before a nap on the weekends if I am lucky. I love to read. I'm currently reading Dead Time by Stephen White.
Im the same as you Diana, I take a book with me when I go places that require a wait (not as much now with kids lol) and I try to read for 30 minutes before bed.
ReplyDeleteAt the moment there isn't much reading going on but thats okay.
I can not read in bed..I fall asleep in minutes. But I agree, it is always important to have a book with you, just in case some reading time presents itself.
ReplyDeleteI find, the better the book I am reading, the more time to read I find in my day. Ok, a few things don't get done but still...
I like to read whenever I can and usually take a book with me too! But I can read whenever I want usually!
ReplyDeleteI've always got a book in hand to take advantage of reading opportunities.
