I can't believe I haven't shared this before! A product that truly "works for me" is the Rotato Express. I know... silly name! But it is such a lifesaver! My family and I love potatoes (mashed, rosemary, au gratin, etc.) but we prefer to use peeled potatoes.
The Rotato Express peels them for me! It's so easy! If I had to do it myself, we might never eat potatoes! And the Rotato will peel other vegetables. I ordered it from TV a long time ago, probably ten years or more, but they still make it! I don't know what I will do if they ever discontinue the product. (Too bad I'm not a paid spokesperson for this product.)
