How did you do with your makeovers yesterday? Rachel Anne comes up with the best ideas to help us build peace and beauty in our homes and in our lives. I made over a couple of displays at work, made my bed (which I do every day), made over a couple of piles of things around the house, and made over my "tupperware" cabinet.
I took all this mess...
Cut it down to this....
And put it in the cabinet like this...
Feels good to get something productive done! My husband has been out of town all week, and I have gotten a lot of other things done that I wouldn't normally do, but he's coming home today, and I'm so glad! Rockets game tomorrow! I hope you all have a great weekend!
Im forever cleaning out my container cupboard, I swear Peter and Lillee just ram and slam. Grrr
ReplyDeleteNo matter how careful I am to use container and lid together, every nine months or so i realize I have odd numbers of each, kind of like the whole missing sock thing. Your "after" looks wonderful!
ReplyDeletelooks great! i can never understand how containers get so out of control if they're not being used - and where to all the lids go for my best containers? and why do i have so many lids to containers I can't find? it's ridiculous. i need to figure out a make-over project for the weekend... maybe it'll be container matchmaking.
ReplyDeleteI've got a few messy cabinets in my kitchen that need to be reorganized. Are you available?
ReplyDeleteMy tupperware drawer is in a constant state of upheaval! Your end result was great! Have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteGreat job...I haven't even tackled one small thing this week so any success is great! I did clean the refrigerator, though so that ought to count for something!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
The tupperware after looks great! My DH travel some for work, always nice when he gets home.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
Oh my where to start with all those Tupperwares that seems to either loose parts or multiply others. My mother in law keep sending us food in them and tell me to keep them and my husband takes them to work and loose them there. Some days I have to many of them and other days I don't have enough. It is a never ending battle. Nice work on you tupperware.
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend.
beautiful before & after! Little things do make a difference don't they?!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the Tupperware! I need to do that too. Keep it up! And enjoy the game.
ReplyDeleteNICE! That's a great before and after!! I was just looking at my storage container cabinet and feeling pretty discouraged about its state....you've inspired me!
ReplyDeleteTupperware is like all those lonesome socks that keep showing up when the laundry's done....just when I get them all matched, some of them go missing...right now I blame my kids....I sure hope it's not like that when they all leave...then I'd have to blame the dog!
ReplyDeleteHave a good wknd!
