Friday Confessional

I confess...

I don't usually drink adult beverages at home, but right now, as I'm typing this, I'm enjoying a glass of Moscata Barefoot Deliciously Sweet white wine. (Myya - Specs had it.)  My kids are upstairs, probably asleep, and it's been a long day.  I deserve it... right?  Right!  Besides, I don't have to work tomorrow.

I confess...

We had to pay the IRS this year.  I hate that!  Thankfully, it wasn't too much.

I confess...

I get impatient when I have to wait for a table when we go out to dinner.  I usually choose where I'm going based on whether or not I think the restaurant will be crowded depending on what day and time it is.  If that means burgers, well, I can live with that!

And I confess...

I might just go pour myself a second glass of wine right now!

    I hate waiting for a table too. Only it's not because of, it's the four little people with me. They just can't sit still for that long! LOL!

    OMG I am the same way. I absolutely hate waiting in line places. If the wait is under 5 minutes I'm okay with that but anything longer...no thanks.

    I hate waiting too! With three kids a 20min wait seems like forever!

    I can't do the wait bit either, if it takes that long it makes me think I might as well go home and cook.

    Paying taxes is a total bummer! Luckily we haven't had to the last few years, although we are getting less & less back each year.

    I hope you poured that second glass & enjoyed every sip of it!!!

    i hate having to pay the IRS...i haven't gotten a return from them in YEARS...oh the joys of self employment!

    We owe the IRS this year too. Stinks!

    I hate waiting for a table as well. I have found some will let you call ahead to be put on the waiting list and that makes it nicer.

    We had to pay the state. And you better believe they cashed that suck a heck of a lot faster than we got our big return from them. Meanies.
