Blogging, knitting, reading, doing another craft are all ways that help me to get rid of stress.
ReplyDeleteI choose to read or go for a walk. Walking is a great way to clear your head but where I live in the country our road is a main back road and the cars fly down in and it's too dangerous so I just read instead.
