Random Tuesday

I had my birthday over the weekend.  It was a pretty good one, even though getting old is not for the faint of heart!  Creaky bones, aches in places I forgot I had, and an extra roll of cushion around the middle!  But seriously, it was a good birthday.  I got to spend time with my husband, son, one daughter, and my mom.  One other daughter texted and one called and sang happy birthday to me.  My sister called.  I even got flowers.  I was treated to two dinners and a lunch over the 3 days including yesterday.  I love the royal treatment.

Oh, and, by the way, the world didn't end 9/23/17 as numerologist David Meade predicted.  Haha! He took back his words, well, some of them, two days before it was supposed to happen.  I'm pretty sure I trust NASA more than a "numerologist," and NASA says that Planet X doesn't exist.  I think they would know!

It's been so much fun!  It will look similar to this when I'm done.  I plan to use shinier deco tubing and a different design in the middle.

I'm not even going to get into this football/National Anthem debate.  It's way too messy.  I am sick of it and ready to move on.  Why can't we all just get along?
