The Lockhorns are so politically incorrect and chauvinistic for today's world,
but in the 70's, this was pretty funny!
(I just realized this - Lock Horns. To lock horns is to argue! Never dawned on me before!)

Another favorite was Marmaduke, although I've never seen a real great Dane that looked like this.
