I watched a lot of Youtube videos, then I tried it their way and realized I needed to improvise. I used satin ribbon as a base for the whole thing. I used lace at the top, cut extra long, and tied it in a bow after attaching it to the front and sides. The skirt is made from 12 inch circles of tulle. The belt is made from shiny trim, and it kind of covers up the ugly glue marks where the tulle is attached.
Lovely work on the vases.
