Have you noticed... I'm sure you have... all these new medications that have weird names? Latuda, Unituxin, Ixabepilone, Warfarin, Xeljanz, Lasix, Abilify, Activase, Sotyktu. I decided to have a little fun with these names and make up something totally different for their meaning. JUST. FOR. FUN!
Latuda - A French attitude
Unitux(in) - A one-piece tuxedo
Warfarin - Afraid of war
Lasix - Six laces on a boot or shoe
Abilify - The ability to express outrage
Activase - A vase of energetic flowers
Celebrex - Exit from a celebration
Lunesta - When the moon has a party
Loratadine - Parents couldn't decide whether to name their daughter Loretta or Nadine
Pregabalin - A man who leaves when his wife is pregnant
Norethendrone - Sending a drone northward
Benlysta - When Ben enlists in the army
Mounjar(o) - A mountain of jars
