I can't believe it, but it actually snowed! This may seem like nothing to those of you who are accustomed to snow, but for those of us in South Texas, this is not the norm!
It's beautiful, but I can't imagine dealing with this all winter. It started shortly before 7AM and continued to the afternoon. I've never seen anything like it here.
Tonight, it all turns to ice, which is actually much more common for this area and much more dangerous. But we have enjoyed our version of winter wonderland today.

I lived in TX for 7 years. We had a dusting only once.
ReplyDeleteIt hasn't snowed here in the central valley of California since the late 70s. It was beautiful then and you're enjoying the beauty now. Stay safe.
